On 26th Dec. 2019, our faculty meeting was hosted by Prof. Zhancheng Guo to discuss the update of post assessment and employment rules. All our staff and faculty presented, including Prof. Jianliang Zhang and Mr. Bainian Zhang. 

The committee memebers of post assessment and employment were renewed. Mr. Chunyi Wang (deputy director) explained the updated rules following the updated policy of USTB. We discussed the details of the new rules and fixed the final version. 

The updated rules are beneficial to comprehensively considering all factors and specified conditions for assessment, employment and promotion.
